This post is to inform you of staffing changes for the next academic year. Our staffing restructure is now complete. The organisation of classes for September is outlined in the table below.
Sadly, we have some members of staff to say goodbye to at the end of this academic year. Miss Bailie and Mrs Short, who were working with us on a temporary basis, are both off to pastures new in Durham and Gateshead respectively. Mrs Maugham and Mr Smith will also be leaving us after many years of service at Kells Lane. I would like to thank them all for their commitment to the school and wish them every success for the future.
We are keen to prepare the children as much as possible for a smooth start to the new academic year in September. In preparation for this, I would like to invite you to our Transition morning on Saturday 25th June from 10am to 12pm. This is an opportunity to find out about our new topics and meet your child’s new teacher in readiness for September.
