Friday Update – 22nd October

22 October 2021

Dear Parents and Carers,

Thank you for your kind and generous donations this week for the Gateshead Foodbank. We received so many items that their staff have needed to do 2 collections and they have asked us to pass on a huge thank you to you all. Your support really does make a difference to our local communities here in Gateshead.

I hope that you are all able to enjoy next week’s half term break. Many children may be spending time with friends online or catching up with their favourite tv programs. Netflix in particular is a great way for children to discover new programmes but there are also many films or television shows that are not suitable for young children. The link below explains how parents can set passwords and pin numbers on their Netflix account to ensure children are not being exposed to inappropriate content.

Have a lovely half term.

Yours sincerely,

Mrs R Swinbank

Acting Headteacher
