Dear Parents and Carers,
Children in all year groups have been learning about the significance of Remembrance this week. Thank you to Year 6 for recording a special Remembrance assembly for everyone and to James and Dylara for representing the school by laying a wreath at the Low Fell Cenotaph.
Thank you so much for helping us to support Children in Need today. The children have had lots of fun and have enjoyed relaxing in their pyjamas. Your generosity is very much appreciated.
Next week is Anti-Bullying Week in school. The theme for this special week is ‘United Against Bullying’. The children will experience a range of learning opportunities including assemblies and PSHE (Personal, Social, Health and Economic) lessons. The week begins with an ‘Odd Socks Day’ on Monday; no donations are required. If you would like some more information visit the Anti-Bullying Alliance website.

Have a great weekend.
